We can fabricate jobs from Mild Steel Tube, Bar, Flat and round from stock or ordered in for your job.
CNC LASER CUTTING
We state of the art CNC Laser cutting capabilities up to 10mm in Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminium to a maximum size of 3000mm x 1500mm, Thicker materials on application.
DRILLING & TAPPING
We can drill and tap your products for you either manually or piloted at the laser stage for accuracy.
CUSTOM SHEET METAL FABRICATION
We understand that every project is unique and we offer custom sheet metal fabrication services to meet your specific requirements.
ROLLING
We have Motor rolls and hand rolls with a working width up to 1500mm
FOLDING
We can fold up to a length of 2500mm, capacity varies by material thickness.
SAWING
Our saw is capable of cutting 7.5m Lengths up to 200mm wide
PROTOTYPE DEVELOPMENT
We excel at working with our customers to develop prototypes from first idea to creation.
SPOT WELDING
We can also spot weld and CD stud weld your jobs if required.
